Elmsford is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Elmsford is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I had a great experience at this Mavis Discount Tire location. Edgar was the one who helped me, and I have to say he was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with. He was friendly, very helpful, attentive, and got everything taken care of quickly without making me feel rushed. I have been to other Mavis locations before, but this one has been the best experience by far. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Edgar definitely made sure I left as a happy customer. Thanks again, Edgar! Keep up the great work.

called this location before driving over and was told it was okay to come in. When I arrived, the employee immediately turned me away and told me he wasn’t “a magician” and couldn’t make it happen because he already had three cars ahead of me. I explained that I had called first, that I had spent over $1,000 on four run-flat tires, and that I was only having an issue with one tire that appeared to have a slow leak. Instead of offering any help or trying to find a solution, I was simply told there was nothing he could do. He then said I had spoken to a call center, not the store directly. If that’s the case, the communication between the call center and the stores needs to be fixed because I was specifically told it was okay to come in and that the store was aware. Customer Solutions eventually directed me to another location 20 minutes away. By that point, I had already spent over an hour driving from store to store, wasting both time and gas. No one reimburses customers for that inconvenience. The lack of communication and the rude attitude made an already frustrating situation much worse. After spending over $1,000 with this company, I expected much better customer service. Pleas

Mavis in Elmsfors is great, I had a hole in my tire from a nail and needed a brake fluid flush and was in and out within 45 minutes. I worked from their lounge as well, so no time lost. They're super communicative and friendly. I'll be back for sure!

Excellent service at Mavis Tires. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced and everything went smoothly. James and Edgar were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Great experience overall—I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone needing brake service.

Great job! Friendly & professional, clean & fast! This is the best Mavis. Edgar, the manager, is such a patient guy. Thanks to the wonderful staff, at the Elmsford Mavis, for my 4 new Cooper tires that ride like a dream; new rear brake pads and 1 new tire sensor as well as an alignment. I highly recommend them for all your wheel work. They'll keep you running safely on the roads. 5 stars for these guys!!
